Degreaser is a chemical agent used to remove oil stains from the surface of objects. When using degreaser, there are the following usage methods and precautions:
How to use
Soaking method: Soak the items to be treated completely in the degreasing agent solution. The soaking time depends on the severity of the oil stain, generally ranging from a few minutes to a few hours. The solution can be stirred appropriately during the soaking process to improve the degreasing effect.
Spraying method: Spray the degreasing agent solution evenly on the surface of the object through the spraying equipment, so that the degreasing agent and the oil stains can fully contact and react. The spraying pressure and time should be determined according to the oil stain condition and material of the object surface.
Wiping method: For some large equipment or local oil stains that are not suitable for soaking or spraying, you can use a rag or brush dipped in a degreaser solution to wipe. When wiping, make sure that the oily surface is covered with the degreaser, and wipe repeatedly several times to achieve a better degreasing effect.

Precautions
Safety protection: Degreasing agents are generally corrosive and irritating. When using them, you must wear protective gloves, goggles and other protective equipment to avoid direct skin contact and splashing into the eyes. Once in contact with the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention in time.
Read the instructions: Different types of degreasers have different ingredients and performances. You need to read the product instructions carefully before use to understand its scope of application, usage, dilution ratio, safety precautions and other information, and operate according to the requirements.
Environmental ventilation: The degreaser may evaporate and produce harmful gases during use, so the place of use should maintain good ventilation conditions to ensure air circulation and prevent operators from inhaling too much harmful gases.
Avoid mixing: Unless otherwise specified, do not mix degreasers of different brands or types to avoid chemical reactions that may reduce the degreasing effect or create danger.
Prevent fire: Some degreasing agents are flammable. When using them, keep them away from fire and heat sources to avoid fire or explosion accidents.
Wastewater treatment: The used degreaser solution contains oil and other impurities and cannot be discharged directly. It should be treated in accordance with environmental protection requirements and discharged only after meeting the emission standards to prevent pollution to the environment.
Test compatibility: Before degreasing new materials or equipment, test on a small area to see if the degreasing agent will cause corrosion, discoloration or other adverse effects. Only proceed to a large area after confirming that there are no problems.
