Ceramics (spraying) treatment in steel floor production is an important surface treatment process. The following is an introduction from the aspects of principle, process flow, advantages and applications:
principle
Ceramic treatment is based on zirconium salt chemical conversion technology to form a nano-scale ceramic conversion film on the metal surface. The active ingredients in the ceramic solution react chemically with the metal surface to form an inorganic non-metallic conversion film that is firmly bonded to the metal surface. The film has good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and adhesion, and can provide a good base for subsequent coatings, thereby improving the service life and protective performance of the coating.
Process
Pre-degreasing: Remove oil, grease and other impurities from the surface of the steel floor by spraying degreasing agent to provide a clean surface for subsequent treatment.
Degreasing: Further degreasing is performed to ensure that the surface oil is completely removed. This step usually uses a degreasing agent with a higher concentration and stronger degreasing ability to ensure that the metal surface reaches a higher degree of cleanliness.
Water washing: Use clean water to spray and rinse the steel floor to remove the residual degreaser and impurities on the surface to prevent them from entering the subsequent processing steps and affecting the ceramic effect.
Surface adjustment: Adjust the properties of the metal surface to make the surface more uniform, which is conducive to the subsequent formation of the ceramic film and improves the quality and stability of the ceramic film.
Ceramicization: Place the steel floor in ceramic liquid and spray it evenly on the floor surface. Under certain temperature and time conditions, the ceramic liquid reacts chemically with the metal surface to form a ceramic film.
Water washing: Rinse with clean water again to remove the residual ceramic liquid on the surface to prevent water stains or other impurities from forming during the drying process, which will affect the appearance and performance of the ceramic film.
Drying: Remove moisture from the surface of the steel floor through hot air drying or natural drying, so that the ceramic film solidifies and forms a stable protective film.
advantage
Good environmental performance: Compared with the traditional phosphating process, ceramic treatment does not use treatment liquid containing harmful substances such as phosphorus and heavy metals, which reduces pollution to the environment and meets environmental protection requirements.
Low treatment cost: The ceramic liquid has a long service life, low consumption, and does not require complicated wastewater treatment, which reduces production costs and sewage treatment costs.
High processing efficiency: The ceramic process has a short processing time, generally only a few minutes to complete, which can improve production efficiency and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
Excellent film performance: The ceramic film has good corrosion resistance, water resistance, salt spray resistance and adhesion, which can effectively protect the steel floor and increase its service life. At the same time, the thickness of the ceramic film is thin and will not affect the dimensional accuracy and appearance quality of the steel floor.
